The edition was set in 16 point Monotype Polophilus by Michael and
Winifred Bixler. It was printed on Arches paper on a Heidelbert
cylinder press at Wild Carrot Letterpress in Hadley Massachusetts,
and hand-bound at the Spectrum Bindery in Floriday, New York.
The original artwork was by Irena Martens.
