“To the Dead and the Living and the Unborn” was published in April 2022 in an edition of 600 Classic Edition copies bound in letterpress printed paper wrappers; 150 Patrons’ Edition copies bound in handmade paste papers; 26 Centaur Patron copies hardbound in cloth and handmade paste paper boards; and 12 Half-Leather copies hardbound in Morocco and handmade paste paper boards.
